On December 19, 2024, at Lotte Hotel Hanoi, the Korean Management Consulting Company (KMAC), a leading consulting organization in Korea, partnered with AASC Audit Firm Co., Ltd to organize the “Vietnam Customer Satisfaction Index (VCSI) 2024 Award Ceremony.” This special event honored outstanding companies that earned high customer trust in 2024 and introduced an international standard customer satisfaction measurement model held for the first time in Vietnam. The event marked a significant step toward supporting the enhancement of Vietnamese companies’ competitiveness.

The ceremony was graced by Assoc.Prof.Dr. Dang Van Thanh, member of the Presidium of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, former Deputy Chairman of the National Economic and Budget Committee; Dr. Pham Ngoc Linh, Vice President of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations; and Mr. Dau Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary General of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), who delivered welcoming speeches.

The event was attended by Mr. Suhee Han – CEO, Mr. Kwangho Song – Executive Director, along with Professor Hejung Lee from CHA University and their supporting team. From AASC, Mr. Ngo Duc Doan – Chairman of the Board of Members, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung – CEO, Mr. Do Manh Cuong – Permanent Deputy CEO, and the AASC Management Board were present.

Following the research presentation on the Customer Satisfaction Index and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance by Professor Hejung Lee, exemplary companies in various sectors were honored with certificates. These companies achieved the highest customer satisfaction scores, including Toyota (Automotive Industry), MB Bank (Commercial Banking), HSBC (Foreign Banking), and Mobiphone (Telecommunications). The customer satisfaction index is considered a core element that builds a solid foundation, contributing to building a solid foundation to promote development and sustainable success for businesses.

The VCSI 2024 award ceremony not only recognized these companies but also served as an important platform, providing businesses and customers with valuable insights, practical value, and opportunities for cooperation.
