On the morning of December 18, 2024, in Hanoi, AASC Audit Firm joyfully held the 2024 Workers' Conference and New Year's 2025 Celebration. The event was honored to welcome Mrs. Le Thi Hanh – Vice President of the Ministry of Finance’s Trade Union, Mr. Nguyen Truong Son – Secretary of the Party Committee, and Mr. Tran Hoang Ha – Deputy Head of the Organization Department of the Hanoi State-Owned Enterprises Party Committee. From AASC, Mr. Ngo Duc Doan – Chairman of the Board of Members, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung – CEO, Mrs. Do Thi Ngoc Dung – Party Secretary/Deputy CEO, as well as other Members of the Board of Members, the Board of Directors, Leaders of various departments, the Trade Union Executive Committee, Youth Union Executive Committee, and all employees of the Company were present.

On behalf of the Executive Board, Deputy CEO Do Manh Cuong presented the Financial Year 17 Summary Report and the plans for Financial Year 18. Mrs. Hoang Thi Thu Hương – Head of the Trade Union’s Inspection Committee, presented the report on the implementation of the democratic regulation and the collective labor agreement of the company. Mrs. Nguyen Lan Anh – Chairwoman of the Trade Union summarized the achievements of the 2024 emulation and reward work and launched the emulation for 2025. Mr. Nguyen Anh Ngọc – Vice Chairman of the Trade Union announced the 2024 awards and presented prizes to the representative teams with outstanding achievements in Financial Year 17.

Speaking at the conference, Mrs. Le Thi Hanh, Vice President of the Ministry of Finance’s Trade Union, acknowledged the company’s success with a 9.06% growth in revenue and praised the union's activities in supporting workers' rights, organizing various emulation, cultural, and sports movements, as well as actively participating in charity events such as sports competitions, flower arrangement, union meals, blood donation, and relief efforts for those affected by Typhoon Yagi.

In celebration of the 80th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 – December 22, 2024), AASC’s leadership congratulated and presented gifts to the company’s veterans during the conference. Chairman Ngo Duc Doan, also a member of the Vietnam Ministry of Finance's Veterans Association, delivered a heartfelt speech of gratitude on behalf of the Board of Members, the leadership, and all employees, acknowledging the support from the Party, the Trade Union, and professional associations for the Company’s activities.

Another highlight of this year’s event was the fun Q&A session, a social activity, and the lucky draw for all employees. The Fis 1 Department won two awards: second and third prizes, while the HCM branch claimed first and third prizes. The grand prize was awarded to Nguyen Duc Son from the Valuation Department, presented by Chairman Ngo Duc Doan.

The conference concluded with a New Year’s 2025 celebration, filled with joy and excitement from the distinguished guests and all employees of AASC. This signals good news for the upcoming 2025 and the Year of the Snake (Ất Tỵ). Wishing AASC continued growth and success, and wishing all AASC employees good health, happiness, and a strong contribution to the company’s development aspirations.
