On the morning of April 20, 2023, General Department, Quality Control & Training Department, Secretariat, Price Appraisal Board, Information Technology Department successfully held the Trade Union Congress for the term 2023 - 2028. Attending and directing the congress were the Secretary of the Party Committee – Do Thi Ngoc Dung, Deputy General Director – Pham Anh Tuan and the President of the Trade Union - Nguyen Lan Anh.
At the beginning of the program, the Congress summed up, evaluated and reviewed trade union work for the 2018-2023 term, and set out directions and action plans for the 2023-2028 term. Speaking at the congress, Ms. Do Thi Ngoc Dung - Secretary of the Party Committee noted and praised the performance results of the Trade Union of all departments in the last term, and at the same time commented on activities in the term. The Company's Trade Union needs to continue promoting its role in protecting the interests of employees, thereby building a professional, civilized and imbued working environment with AASC culture.
The congress also received many comments from trade union groups such as: "Taking care of life and protecting legitimate rights and interests of employees" from the Trade Union for Quality Control & Training. ; “Movement to unite people in the Company” comes from the Appraisal Committee's Union; "Activities to provide uniforms for employees" came from the Secretariat of the Union and "Activities to visit the sick and under the regime" presented by the General Department's Trade Union.
The Trade Union Congress of all sections also elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the term 2023-2028, consisting of 7 members with the new Trade Union President, Mr. Nguyen Van Tam - Deputy Head of the General Department. The Company's Party Committee and AASC Trade Union Executive Committee believe that the Trade Union Executive Committee for the term 2023-2028 of the above units will further promote the collective strength, make active and effective contributions to building AASC more and more.
