VCSI 2025 – Vietnam Customer Satisfaction Index: Measuring customer experience and brand value positioning

Following the success of its inaugural season, and to further amplify breakthrough values in customer experience management among enterprises operating in Vietnam, the Korea Management Association Consultants (KMAC)—a leading consulting organization in South Korea—once again partnered with AASC Auditing Firm Co., Ltd. to host the "Vietnam Customer Satisfaction Index Certification Ceremony – VCSI 2025" on the morning of November 26, 2025, at the Lotte Hotel Hanoi.

The program continues to expand on the foundation of an international-standard customer satisfaction measurement model, which was first introduced to Vietnam in 2024. This framework helps boost competitiveness and drives businesses closer to sustainable service quality management. The VCSI 2025 Certification Ceremony continued to draw significant interest from numerous industry leaders and experts.

Notable attendees included: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Van Thanh – Member of the Presidium of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, and former Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic and Budget Committee.; Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Quyen – Head of the Business Support Department at the National Innovation Center (NIC), under the Ministry of Finance. From KMAC: Mr. Suhee Han (General Director), Mr. Kwangho Song (Director of the Value Innovation Group), along with their team of accompanying experts. From AASC: Mr. Ngo Duc Doan (Chairman of the Member Council), Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung (General Director), Mr. Do Manh Cuong (Permanent Deputy General Director), and members of the Company's Board of General Directors.

Within the framework of the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Quyen delivered a special keynote speech titled "Vietnam's Innovation Trajectory and the Role of Enterprises." Her presentation highlighted the national strategy for driving innovation, digital transformation, and the development of a technological ecosystem, while affirming that enterprises serve as the central driving force for knowledge-based growth and sustainable value.

Following the keynote, Mr. Kwangho Song presented an overview of the methodology and reported the findings of the VCSI 2025 survey. His presentation focused on analyzing satisfaction metrics across various sectors, shifting customer behavior trends, and the key highlights reflecting the service quality of Vietnamese enterprises in 2025.

Concluding the technical session, the program proceeded to the honors ceremony for the leading brands in each surveyed sector. Trophies and certificates were co-presented by AASC Chairman Ngo Duc Doan and KMAC General Director Suhee Han.

In 2025, 15 brands achieved the "Top 1 VCSI" ranking across diverse industry groups. Some prominent names included: Toyota (Automobiles), VinFast (Electric Vehicles), Vinhomes (Property Management Services), Xanh SM Express (Express Delivery), K-Market (Convenience Store Chain), FujiMart (Hypermarkets), and TPBank (Domestic Commercial Banks).

The VCSI index continues to solidify its role as a fundamental tool that enables businesses to accurately gauge customer expectations, identify key strengths, and pinpoint areas for service experience optimization, thereby sharpening their strategic competitiveness in an era of continuous innovation and market rivalry. Beyond honoring outstanding brands, the VCSI 2025 Ceremony serves as a vital bridge connecting customers, businesses, and consultants, offering deep insights, highly practical applications, and extensive networking opportunities within the business ecosystem.

Following two consecutive years of successful implementation, KMAC and AASC reaffirm their commitment to partnering with the Vietnamese business community, championing a customer-centric mindset, and steering toward sustainable development values in the years ahead.
