On October 6, 2026, the Hanoi Confederation of Labor solemnly held a ceremony to honor “Exemplary Enterprises for Employees” and “Exemplary Workers of the Capital” for 2026. The event recognized enterprises that have made significant efforts to care for the well-being of their workforce and ensure the protection of employees' legitimate rights and interests.
Mr. Ngo Dao Hung—Trade Union Chairman and Administration Director—along with ten union members, represented AASC Auditing Firm at the ceremony. They joined representatives from thirty other outstanding Capital-based enterprises honored by the Hanoi Confederation of Labor. AASC was the only enterprise in Hoan Kiem Ward to receive this distinction.
At the event, Administration Director Ngo Dao Hung accepted—on behalf of the company—Decision No. 7959/QĐ-LĐLĐ (dated September 28, 2026) from the Hanoi Confederation of Labor and the “Exemplary Enterprise for Employees” plaque. This award acknowledges the company’s achievements in fostering a professional work environment, prioritizing employee welfare and development, and building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations.
Notably, Ms. Tran Kim Anh from AASC’s FSG Division was honored with the title of “Exemplary Worker of the Capital 2026.” This serves as well-deserved recognition of Ms. Kim Anh’s sense of responsibility, her ability to excel both professionally and in managing her household, her dedication, and her active contributions to both her work and Union activities.
The honoring of AASC Auditing Firm and Ms. Tran Kim Anh at the conference is a source of pride; it also underscores AASC’s commitment to its workforce and highlights the Union’s role in fostering a cohesive, humane, and sustainable work environment. These efforts contribute to building a civilized and modern Capital—one that excels in business operations while upholding strong cultural values and fulfilling its social responsibilities toward the community and its employees.
