Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style is a central and cross-cutting task in political education for cadres and party members. Therefore, the Party Committee of AASC Auditing Firm Co., Ltd. has always promoted the emulation movement to study and follow President Ho, creating motivation to complete all assigned tasks.

The Party Committee of AASC Auditing Firm Co., Ltd. determines that learning and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style is an indispensable and necessary job for each party organization, cadre and party member to build a clean and strong Party. Accordingly, every year, the Party Committee of the Company has focused on directing the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style according to topics, associated with the implementation of Resolution No. 04-NQ/TW term XII on strengthening Party building and rectification; prevent and reverse the deterioration of political ideology, morality, lifestyle, and internal "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" manifestations; Resolution No. 01-NQ/DUK dated August 19, 2016 of the Executive Committee of the Block Party Committee on "Improving the quality of cells in the Party Committee of the Central Agencies" ...
In order to spread the movement of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh, every year, the Company's Party Committee organizes thematic reports among all cadres, party members and the masses, introducing the content of learning and following the ideology and morality of Uncle Ho Chi Minh to be a regular activity of the cell and unions associated with the implementation of the Resolution of the Company's Party Congress.
At the Company's Party Committee, 100% of officials and party members have developed an implementation plan and committed to implementing the plan. At the end of the year, the Party Committee considers the level of implementation according to the commitment to evaluate and classify individuals, organizes preliminary lessons learned, promptly praises good examples in studying and following Uncle Ho. At the same time, the Party Committee of the Company has committed to implementing the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee of the 12th term, the targets of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style are the basis for evaluating the quality of party members, party organizations within the Party Committee.
By monitoring and evaluating the results of registration for implementation of commitments and individual plans on the implementation of the Central Resolution 4 (term XII) and Directive No. 05-CT/TW, most of the cadres and party members in the Party the Company's Party Committee has well implemented the committed content. In general, there has been a strong change in working style, sense of responsibility and professional ethics in the unit. Cadres and party members have had a sense of ethical training, professional expertise, manners, healthy lifestyle, completed tasks well, audit services, valuation and financial and accounting consulting.
The Party Committee of AASC Auditing Firm Co., Ltd. has directed the Party Committee's Inspection Committee to supplement the contents of inspection and supervision of topics on the results of the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo. In the 13th fiscal year, the Company's revenue reached VND 252.16 billion, up 6.6% over the previous year. Simultaneously with the goal of revenue growth, the Company's Party Committee and Board of Directors always pay close attention to improving service quality in order to constantly affirm AASC's position and brand. In 2020, AASC has released 03 Internal Newsletters, Newsletter No. 13 – Blooming season, Newsletter No. 14 – Soldiers and Newsletter No. 15 – Journey to the far east have left a positive impression on culture of the Company, helping to convey the messages of the Members' Council, Executive Board, Trade Union, Youth Union and connect employees with the development of the Company.
