On July 1, 2022 in Hanoi, AASC Auditing Firm solemnly held a Meeting to celebrate the 15th anniversary of AASC's transformation from a SOE into a limited liability company with two or more members (2007-2022) with the theme "AASC 15 years – The sail catches the wind”. Attending the meeting, the Company was honored to welcome Former Minister of Finance Mr. Ho Te, former Deputy Ministers of Finance: Mr. Tran Van Ta, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan; Mr. Trinh Duc Vinh - Deputy Director of Accounting & Auditing Management Department, Mr./Ms. Leaders of VAA, VACPA, VVA Associations. Chairing the meeting was Chairman of the Board of Members Mr. Ngo Duc Doan and members of the AASC Board of Directors.
Inheriting and promoting the achievements of 16 years as a state-owned enterprise; Through 15 years of transformation, innovation, creativity, cooperation and deep integration, AASC has won many successes, achievements and made effective contributions to the Independent Auditing Industry and the Valuation Industry in Vietnam. AASC's achievements to this day are not only the crystallization of 31 proud years, but also the motivation for the unrelenting aspirations of the Board of Directors and the people who love AASC, love the red address No. 1 Le Phung Hieu, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. Also through this event, AASC staffs understand more, love the audit profession more, love and believe more in what AASC has done, is doing and will do on the way of immersing in the innovation wind of the country economy. In particular, the songs written about AASC "Audit words in the heart", "When the audit season blooms" and "Because we love each other forever" have affirmed faith in the auditing profession along with great encouragement from Family and relatives helping AASC staff to love and be more passionate about their chosen profession.
Speaking at the meeting, along with a congratulatory bouquet of flowers from the Minister of Finance Ho Duc Phoc, Mr. Trinh Duc Vinh, authorized by the Ministry's leaders, recognized the outstanding development, AASC's position as the largest Vietnamese accounting and auditing company in Vietnam with top quality auditing. “The success of AASC is the success of the Ministry of Finance; The achievement of AASC is the achievement of the Accounting & Auditing Supervision Administration”…
On this occasion, on behalf of AASC and personal feelings, Chairman of the Board of Members Ngo Duc Doan expressed his deepest gratitude to the Government, the Ministry of Finance, the Company Transformation Steering Committee and other stakeholders, organizations, units and individuals have led, directed, encouraged, and helped AASC to very successfully carry out the comprehensive transformation of AASC from a SOE into a limited liability company with two or more members so that AASC can has a strong position, prestige and structure in the Independent Auditing Industry today and is committed to working with Vietnam's Independent Auditing Industry to successfully implement the Accounting - Auditing Development Strategy to 2030 according to Decision of the Prime Minister approved.
