On November 21, 2022, at the beautiful island of Phu Quoc in Kien Giang province, with the attendance of 34 members of the Board of Directors and 06 guests, the 16th AASC Auditing Firm's Board of Directors Meeting Term 2022 - 2027 took place very good success in an atmosphere of excitement and pride with the achievements the company has achieved through 15 years of transforming AASC from a SOE into a limited liability company with two or more members, especially the 5-year term (2017 – 2022) and prominently fiscal year 15.
In the opening speech, Chairman of the Board of Directors Ngo Duc Doan acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved in fiscal year 15 of the members of the Board of Directors, leaders at all levels, auditors, price appraisers, Technicians and AASC staff. At the same time, the Chairman praised and commended the Departments/Branches for successfully fulfilling the targets of the Resolution of the 15th AASC Board of Directors Meeting and the plan assigned by the Company.
At the General Meeting, the Members of the Board of Directors discussed with great responsibility, contributed valuable ideas to the contents of documents submitted to the General Meeting such as: Summary report of the 5-year period (2017 - 2022) and the 15-year transition period change AASC from SOE to limited liability company with two or more members (2007 – 2022); Summary report for fiscal year 15 (October 1, 2021 – September 30, 2022), orientation for fiscal year 16 (October 1, 2022 – September 30, 2023) and 5-year plan (2022 – 2027) ); Report of the Supervisory Board for fiscal year 15 (October 1, 2021 – September 30, 2022), etc….
In 2022, Vietnam's economy is in the recovery phase after the Covid-19 pandemic, but AASC Auditing Firm has achieved many impressive results such as: Total revenue of the whole Company increased by 7.1% compared to that of the fiscal year 14 and many units with strong revenue growth such as: Valuation Board (nearly 41%), Audit Department 5 (over 12%), Ho Chi Minh Branch (over 7%) and average in the term > 10%; Units with revenue over 20 billion include: Audit Department 1, Audit 2, Audit 7 and Ho Chi Minh City Branch.
In order to join the Board of Directors of the Company in leading and directing the Executive Board to successfully implement the General Assembly Resolution for the term 2022 - 2027, the General Assembly highly believes in electing Mr. Ngo Duc Doan to be re-appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung re-appointed General Director; Election of the Supervisory Board for re-election includes: Ms. Hoang Thuy Nga - Head and the supervisors are Hoang Thi Thu Huong and Ha Van Xuyen for the term 2022 - 2027.
