On May 26, 2023 in Hanoi, AASC Auditing Firm Co., Ltd. successfully held the Congress of Trade Union Delegates for the term 2023 - 2028. The Congress was honored to welcome Mr. Tran Viet Khoa, Mr. Vu Tong Kien - Officials of the Trade Union Office of the Ministry of Finance attended the meeting. Chairman of the Board of Members Mr. Ngo Duc Doan, General Director Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, Secretary of the Party Committee Do Thi Ngoc Dung are also delegates of the Congress.
The Congress summarized and evaluated the trade union work for the term 2018-2023, the direction and action plan for the term 2023-2028, reviewed the Executive Board of the Trade Union for the 2018-2023 term. Speaking at the Congress, Chairman of the Board of Directors highly appreciated the operation results of the Trade Union in the term 2018 - 2023. It is suggested that in the new term, the Company's Trade Union should continue to promote its role in protecting the interests of employees, through which builds a professional working environment imbued with AASC culture. At the same time, being more proactive and creative, actively and effectively contributing to the cause of building AASC for sustainable development and prosperity.
The congress also received many comments from Trade Union groups such as: "Building professional manners, effectively communicating with customers" from Audit Union 1; "Building a green workspace" comes from the Union of Audit Department 6 and "Corporate culture at AASC Auditing Firm" presented by the Union of General Department.
The Congress of Trade Union Deputies also elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the term of 2023 - 2028 including 9 members, the Standing Committee of the Trade Union consisting of 3 comrades. Head of the Secretariat Nguyen Lan Anh continues to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union. Vice Chairman of the Trade Union for the term of 2023 - 2028 are Comrade Ngo Dao Hung and Comrade Nguyen Anh Ngoc. The Chairman of the Audit Committee was assigned to Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Huong.
