On August 1, 2025, AASC Auditing Firm Co., Ltd. successfully held a Conference on Implementing Decisions Regarding Trade Union and Youth Union Affairs, marking an important milestone in strengthening the company’s organizational and community engagement activities. The event was chaired by Chairman of the Members’ Council and Party Secretary Mr. Ngo Duc Doan, with the participation of the Executive Committees of the Company’s Trade Union and Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
Accordingly, AASC’s Trade Union is now officially under the management of the Hanoi Federation of Labor, enabling better access to resources, training, and legal protection for employees. Meanwhile, AASC’s Youth Union will operate under the Hoan Kiem Ward Youth Union, fostering collaboration and community participation among young professionals.
At the event, Ms. Nguyen Lan Anh, Chairwoman of the Trade Union, presented activity reports and announced task allocations, launching a special emulation campaign in preparation for the 19th Members’ Council Congress and the 35th Anniversary of AASC’s Establishment (May 13, 1991 – May 13, 2026). Additionally, Mr. Ngo Hoang Ha, Secretary of the Youth Union and Audit Manager, also delivered a report highlighting achievements and future directions.
In his directive remarks, Mr. Ngo Duc Doan praised both organizations for their dynamism and dedication, emphasizing that strengthening the Trade Union and Youth Union structures is not only a managerial requirement but also a strategic move to cultivate young talent and maintain internal unity—the key to AASC’s sustainable development.
The conference concluded in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and commitment, reaffirming AASC’s aspiration to build a professional, human-centric, and forward-looking workplace as it approaches its 35th anniversary and continues to elevate the standards of auditing, financial, accounting, tax, and valuation services in Vietnam.
