On the morning of November 20, 2025, at the headquarters located at No. 01 Le Phung Hieu, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, AASC Auditing Firm officially announced and awarded the Decision to appoint Mr. Ngo Anh Minh—formerly the Audit Manager of the Investment Settlement Auditing Department—to the position of Audit Director.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Ngo Duc Doan (Chairman of the Member Council / Secretary of the Party Committee), Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung (General Director), Mr. Pham Xuan Thai (Deputy General Director), Mr. Tran Viet Anh (Audit Director), Mr. Ngo Dinh Chung (Audit Director), Mr. Ngo Dao Hung (Administration Director), Ms. Nguyen Lan Anh (Trade Union Chairwoman), alongside the leadership team and staff of the Investment Settlement Auditing Department.
On behalf of the Company's leadership, General Director Nguyen Thanh Tung presented the appointment decision and a beautiful bouquet of flowers to congratulate the newly appointed Audit Director, Mr. Ngo Anh Minh. Speaking at the event, the General Director recognized and praised the dedication and achievements that the new Audit Director had attained throughout his tenure, earning high trust and appreciation. The Board of Management expresses full confidence that Audit Director Ngo Anh Minh will continue to hone his skills, cultivate his expertise, and successfully fulfill all duties assigned by the Company.
The newly appointed Audit Director expressed his gratitude and deep honor for the trust and new assignment bestowed upon him by the Member Council, the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, and the Board of Management.
