On November 25, 2025, in Hanoi, the 19th Members' Council Congress of AASC Auditing Firm concluded successfully, with the participation of 36 Council Members and 5 invited guests.
In his opening remarks, Council Chairman Ngo Duc Doan acknowledged and highly praised the milestones achieved during the 18th fiscal year by the Council members, management team, auditors, price appraisers, technicians, and the entire AASC staff. The Chairman also commended the Departments, Boards, and Branches that excellently met the targets outlined in the Resolution of the 18th Members' Council Congress and the targets set by the Company.
At the Congress, Council members engaged in highly responsible discussions, contributing valuable insights to the agendas presented, which included: The review report for Fiscal Year 18 (October 1, 2024 – September 30, 2025) and strategic directions for Fiscal Year 19 (October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026); The Supervisory Board's report for Fiscal Year 18 and tasks for Fiscal Year 19; and key proposals regarding service development orientations for the 2026–2028 period.
On behalf of the Board of Management, General Director Nguyen Thanh Tung reported the outstanding results of Fiscal Year 18, highlighted by a total revenue of VND 315.75 billion, representing an 11.19% growth compared to Fiscal Year 17. Revenue from core operations grew by 11.32%, exceeding the targets set by the Members' Council.
Several units recorded impressive growth rates, including: Audit Department 6 (12%), Audit Department 7 (11%), Project Auditing Department (19%), Investment Settlement Auditing Department (58%), and the Quang Ninh Branch (30%). Units generating revenue over VND 20 billion included: Audit Departments 1, 2, 5, and 7; the Project Auditing Department; Foreign Investment Services Department 1; the Ho Chi Minh City Branch; and the Quang Ninh Branch.
During the discussion session, delegates analyzed the root causes and practical solutions required to fulfill the 19th Members' Council Resolution. They also focused heavily on preparations for upcoming key milestones, such as: the Trade Union Congress for the 2025–2030 term and the Employee Conference in December 2025; the 35th anniversary of AASC's establishment (May 13, 1991 – May 13, 2026) and the 35th anniversary of Vietnam's Independent Auditing Industry; the 20th anniversary of AASC’s transition to its current operating model (July 2, 2007 – July 2, 2027); the HLB International Conference to be hosted in Ho Chi Minh City in August 2026.
The Congress also launched a response to the call from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to support communities in the Central and Central Highlands regions heavily affected by natural disasters and floods.
The Congress concluded with a heartfelt speech by Council Chairman Ngo Duc Doan, who called for consensus and determination across the Council, all management levels, and the entire AASC workforce. The Chairman expressed his firm belief that the Company's Members' Council will successfully steer and realize the Resolution of the 19th Congress.
