On December 12, 2025, in Hanoi, the Trade Union of AASC Auditing Firm Co., Ltd. solemnly held its Trade Union Congress for the 2025–2030 term. The Congress was honored to welcome distinguished guests, including Ms. Le Thi Thanh Thuy (Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Department of the Hanoi Federation of Labor), Mr. Nguyen Thang (Member of the Standing Committee of the Hoan Kiem Ward Trade Union), and Ms. Tran Thị Thanh Huyen (Deputy Secretary of the Ward Youth Union).
On the Company’s side, the event was attended by Mr. Ngo Duc Doan (Chairman of the Members' Council / Secretary of the Party Committee), Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung (General Director), along with members of the Executive Board, representatives of departmental trade unions, and 62 delegates representing more than 500 AASC trade union members.
The Congress reviewed and evaluated the union’s performance during the 2023–2025 period, and outlined the orientations and action plans for the 2025–2030 tenure. Speaking at the Congress, the Council Chairman highly praised the Trade Union's accomplishments from 2023 to 2025. He requested that in the new term, the Trade Union should continue to fulfill its role in protecting employees' rights and interests, thereby fostering a professional working environment rich in AASC identity. He also urged the union to be more proactive and creative, contributing effectively to building a sustainable and prosperous AASC.
Several high-quality presentations were delivered by various units, notably: "Building a green workspace," "Cultivating professional etiquette and effective customer communication," and "Building corporate culture at AASC Auditing Firm."
The Congress proceeded with an election and unanimously appointed the new Trade Union Executive Committee for the 2025–2030 term, consisting of 09 members. On behalf of the newly elected committee, Mr. Ngo Dao Hung expressed his deep gratitude to the Company's leadership, higher-level trade unions, and all members for their continuous support and for creating favorable conditions for the AASC Trade Union to maximize its potential. The newly appointed committee pledged to work with unity, dedication, and creativity to elevate the AASC Trade Union's activities toward higher efficiency and growth.
