2025 Employee Conference - Stepping firmly to reach further

Looking toward the 35th anniversary of AASC's establishment, which also marks the inception of Vietnam's Independent Auditing Industry (May 13, 1991 – May 13, 2026), on December 19, 2025, in Hanoi, AASC Auditing Firm Co., Ltd. enthusiastically organized the 2025 Employee Conference and the 2026 New Year Party.

The conference was honored to welcome Mr. Tran Van Ta (Former Permanent Deputy Minister and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Finance), Mrs. Vu Thi Mai (Chairwoman of the Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants - VACPA), and Mr. Dang Van Thanh (Former Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic and Budget Committee). Representing AASC were Mr. Ngo Duc Doan (Chairman of the Members' Council / Secretary of the Party Committee), Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung (General Director), along with Members of the Council, the Board Directors, HHHeads of Units, the Trade Union Executive Committee, the Youth Union Executive Committee, and the entire company workforce.

During the proceedings, General Director Nguyen Thanh Tung presented the review report for Fiscal Year 18 and strategic directions for Fiscal Year 19, Mr. Nguyen Van Tam (Vice Chairman of the Trade Union) reported on the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations and the Company's collective labor agreement, Mr. Ngo Hoang Hà (Vice Chairman of the Trade Union / Secretary of the Youth Union) summarized the emulation and commendation efforts of 2025 and launched the emulation campaign for 2026, and Mr. Ngo Dao Hung (Trade Union Chairman), authorized by the General Director, announced the 2025 Commendation Decisions and presented awards to teams with outstanding achievements in Fiscal Year 18.

Speaking at the event, the Chairwoman of VACPA recognized the Company's achievements and highly valued the effectiveness of AASC’s Trade Union activities. She commended their care for employees' rights, the organization of cultural and sports movements, voluntary blood donations, and their active social contributions, particularly in supporting flood victims over the past year.

On the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the founding of the People's Army of Vietnam (December 22, 1944 – December 22, 2025), AASC leadership extended congratulations and presented gifts to the Company's military veterans at the conference.

Mr. Ngo Duc Doan, speaking on behalf of the Members' Council and the executive team, expressed profound appreciation for the continuous support from the Ministry of Finance's Party Committee, superior trade unions, and professional associations. He also extended his warmest New Year wishes to all distinguished guests and employees.

A major highlight of this year's event was a lively Q&A session, interactive activities, and a lucky draw dedicated to the staff. The Quality Control Department and Audit Department 8 won the Third Prizes; the Ho Chi Minh City Branch took home the Second Prize; and the grand First Prize went to the Financial Services Group (FSG), presented by Council Chairman Ngo Duc Doan to Mr. Nguyen Hoang Nam from the Financial Institutions Sector (FIS).

The conference concluded with a festive New Year 2026 banquet, filled with joy and anticipation among the guests and staff, signaling a bright year ahead as the Year of the Horse approaches. We wish AASC continued strength and success, and wish all AASC employees health, happiness, and the drive to elevate AASC to new heights.
