On December 23–24, 2025, AASC Auditing Firm Co., Ltd., in coordination with the Vietnam Steel Corporation (VNSTEEL), successfully organized a specialized training program to disseminate Circular No. 99/2025/TT-BTC issued by the Ministry of Finance. This new Circular governs the corporate accounting regime, officially replacing Circular No. 200/2014/TT-BTC.
The program saw the attendance of Mr. Nghiem Xuan Da (General Director of VNSTEEL), along with members of the Supervisory Board, Internal Audit Board, Finance & Accounting Board, and functional departments at the corporation's headquarters, alongside capital representatives, executives, and finance-accounting managers from VNSTEEL's subsidiaries. Representing AASC were Deputy General Director Do Manh Cuong, Audit Director Nguyen Dieu Trang, and a team of seasoned experts in finance, accounting, auditing, and consulting.
During the sessions, Deputy General Director Do Manh Cuong directly facilitated and discussed key professional components of Circular 99/2025/TT-BTC. Drawing from extensive practical experience, AASC's experts clarified the core changes and updates of the new accounting regime, offering tailored guidance on how to apply these regulations effectively within the specific operations of the corporation and its member units.
A significant portion of the program was dedicated to open discussions and analyzing real-world case studies. Questions and operational bottlenecks raised by attendees were thoroughly addressed by AASC experts, aligning closely with VNSTEEL's manufacturing and business characteristics. This interactive approach effectively helped the units proactively prepare for a smooth and consistent transition to the new accounting system.
