On the morning of March 16, 2026, in Hanoi, Party Branch 3 solemnly organized a Party Admission Ceremony for an outstanding candidate, Mr. Ha Van Xuyen—a Member of the Council and Audit Manager of Audit Department 1. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Ngo Duc Doan (Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Members' Council) alongside members of Party Branch 3.
During the ceremony, Mr. Vu Xuan Bien—Member of the Company's Party Executive Committee and Secretary of Party Branch 3—announced and handed over the Party Admission Decision to Mr. Ha Van Xuyen, recognizing his continuous efforts, personal development, and positive contributions over the past years.
Following the presentation, Mr. Ha Van Xuyen took his oath, swearing absolute loyalty to the ideals of the Communist Party of Vietnam and promising to strictly execute the four core duties of a Party member. He pledged to continuously study, refine his political fortitude and professional expertise, and strive to become a full Party member after the standard probationary period.
Speaking at the event, Party Committee Secretary Ngo Duc Doan presented flowers to congratulate Mr. Xuyen and instructed the new member to maintain a high sense of responsibility, revolutionary morals, and professional ethics in accounting and auditing. The Secretary also commended Party Branch 3 for its excellent work in party development, and reminded all members to remain pioneering examples, enhancing the leadership role of the Party within the enterprise to accompany the Company’s sustainable development.
