On this 95th anniversary of the Youth Union, AASC’s young generation looks back with pride at its active contributions under the guidance of the Party Committee, Members' Council, and Company Leadership over a 35-year journey of growth (1991–2026). Throughout this path, the AASC Youth Union has consistently demonstrated its pioneering and creative role across auditing, financial consulting, tax, and valuation services, actively fueling the company’s sustainable development.

The youth workforce represents the frontline power directly involved in numerous audit engagements, demonstrating high responsibility, professional manners, and quick adaptability. Despite tight schedules and frequent, long-distance business trips, AASC's young professionals steadfastly uphold their professional integrity, strictly adhering to the core principles of Independence – Honesty – Transparency. Their dedication, accuracy, and discipline have been instrumental in elevating service quality and bolstering AASC’s brand reputation in the market.
Innovating in financial and tax consulting
In consulting, the Youth Union clearly displays dynamism and a capacity to swiftly capture updates in financial and tax policies. Many members have directly advised clients on enhancing financial management efficiency, ensuring strict tax compliance, optimizing business operations. These contributions have effectively helped clients improve their competitiveness and adapt to an increasingly volatile economic environment.
Enhancing transparency in valuation services
In valuation activities, young union members participate actively in asset inspection, market analysis, and value determination with an objective and prudent mindset.
